Now that Earth Day is upon us, Spinnaker Support has extended our commitment to growth, foresight, and dedication to include sustainability efforts. As such, Spinnaker Support is initiating a new project with Evertreen, the first global platform that lets users plant trees through its website and track their growth via satellite, aiming to drive positive ecological change worldwide.

Evertreen’s program is simple:

  1. A donor chooses the number of trees it would like to plant in a certain region.
  2. Evertreen pays regional farmers to plant the trees.
  3. The donor logs into their account for updates on their trees’ growth and environmental impact.

Evertreen’s noble mission aims to protect and restore forests on a massive scale through the involvement of local farmers, creating livelihoods for those living in extreme poverty, offering them the dignity of employment and the possibility to become transformational agents of global forest restoration. Evertreen’s planting partners will oversee the management of the work and the procurement of resources and materials, as well as the survival of the trees.

As a token of our gratitude to our clients and partners, whose support doubles as a commitment to long-term growth and the cultivation of a brighter future for all, Spinnaker Support has proudly made the decision to begin its own forest in Madagascar.

To start, our initial planting comprises 1,500 trees, which will contribute to the absorption of 332 tons of CO2 (380 KGs/tree) and create 188 working hours for regional farmers.

Supporting reforestation efforts in Madagascar reflects Spinnaker Support’s broader commitment to ESG principles, aligning our technological solutions with environmental responsibility. As we watch our trees grow from saplings into a lush forest, it is our hope that all of us at Spinnaker be reminded of the power of possibility.
