Matt Stava
Mr. Stava founded Spinnaker Support to provide organizations that run Oracle and SAP enterprise software an alternative to vendor-provided support. His mission was and remains today to simply to deliver exceptional customer-service at significantly less cost. Through innovative and certified processes, employing the best people, and always respecting the vendor’s intellectual property, Spinnaker Support is a leading influencer in the third-party support market.
Matt Stava began his career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, where he helped clients architect and restructure their supply chains. He then joined Solutions Consulting, subsequently acquired by Perot Systems, to launch and lead their supply chain practice. In 2002, he co-founded Spinnaker Management Group, which began as a supply chain consulting business but has grown and evolved into a holding company with several different practice areas.
Mr. Stava lives in Colorado and enjoys family time, golfing, and skiing. He is currently involved in several local charities including 9 years as a Board Member and Trustee of the Denver Area Council of Boy Scouts. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from University of Kansas.
James R. Nollsch
Mr. Nollsch’s career spans roles in finance, management consulting, and investment banking, enabling him to a bring a holistic operational perspective to the finance organization. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles in product management, strategy, and operations in the technology industry at companies such as eCollege and McDATA. He also worked as a management consultant at Everest Group. Most recently he has served as CFO for companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to private-equity backed growth companies.
Mr. Nollsch lives in Denver with his family and is an avid skier, golfer, and sailor. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Kurt Moydell
Kurt Moydell is a 31-year veteran in the consulting, third-party support, and managed services industries. He is an expert in business development and organization management. Mr. Moydell began his career at the Xerox Corporation during which he spent 16 years in various leadership roles in Sales and Marketing, planning and executing delivery strategies for the company’s breadth of offerings. Prior to joining Spinnaker Support, he spent 9 years in the ERP space holding executive positions at Fujitsu, BORN Information Services, and Oracular West. During that time, he was focused on business development and delivering world-class services to the SAP and Oracle user communities in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Mr. Moydell lives in Colorado and enjoys spending his time in a variety of high country outdoor activities including fly fishing, hiking, and hunting. He graduated with honors from California State University, receiving joint degrees in information studies, economics, and political science.
Bob Harland
As Spinnaker Support’s Senior Vice President, Global Support Services, Mr. Harland is responsible for the global Oracle, SAP, SaaS, and Tax and Regulatory operations teams. His focus is to ensure that the global support services team continues Spinnaker Support’s tradition of delivering excellence to clients.
Bob Harland is a results-oriented leader with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite implementation, business process transformation, application development process life cycle, managed services, and support. He started his career at Arthur Andersen where he worked for twelve years, four of which working as an auditor in the Andersen attestation business and the remaining eight years implementing ERP packages and building his Oracle application and technology skillset. Mr. Harland was acquired out of Arthur Andersen by Hitachi Consulting where he worked for nine years, focusing exclusively on Oracle applications and technology. Prior to joining Spinnaker Support, Mr. Harland worked for an Oracle focused integrator that had significant support related work in addition to implementation-related services. Mr. Harland has worked across many industries in his career and has worked with a wide variety of global clients from Fortune 100 to mid-market companies.
Mr. Harland lives in Colorado and enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family, fishing, hiking, and mountain bike riding. He holds a Masters of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Iain Saunderson
Iain Saunderson has over 30 years of experience implementing complex technologies across a wide variety of commercial and government verticals. He has served in leadership roles in organizations including Oracle Corporation, P2 Energy Solutions, and DBAK. Iain’s experience is in leading enterprise architecture, development, and managed services organizations.
Mr. Saunderson lives in Colorado and enjoys spending time trail running and skiing in the mountains. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Information Systems from the University of Natal in South Africa.
