Seasoned Executive to provide strategic leadership to EMEA operations

DENVER, March 5, 2013 – Spinnaker Support, the global market leader for SAP and JD Edwards third-party maintenance, co-sourcing, and consulting, announces today Nigel Pullan has joined the company as its Vice President, EMEA.  Mr. Pullan brings seasoned global sales and marketing leadership experience to help accelerate Spinnaker Support’s European expansion and manage the delivery of the company’s service offerings to this market.

Mr. Pullan comes to Spinnaker Support from Rimini Street, where he launched and grew their International business as the Group Vice President.  His appointment comes at a time when ERP vendor maintenance is under heavy scrutiny and the third-party maintenance market is experiencing heavy growth and traction.  Many ERP users and industry analysts have questioned the true value gained from paying vendors like SAP and Oracle maintenance, and the recent news of SAP increasing their rate does not help those companies already spending thousands, if not millions for little return.

Mr. Pullan brings over 30 years of IT sales, marketing, and consulting expertise to Spinnaker Support.  Throughout his career, Mr. Pullan has held key executive positions at a variety of emerging and established technology companies, including TomorrowNow, Saba Software, and JD Edwards.
