Mark Kreutz, Vice President, JD Edwards Global Support Services
Mark Kreutz brings over 22 years of JD Edwards (JDE) experience to Spinnaker Support’s first-rate global support team. He began his JDE tenure in 1991 as a programmer analyst for JD Edwards designing and developing new systems for the Energy and Technical Foundation applications for the World Software product line. In 1996 he was promoted into JDE management where he lead several World development teams covering all technical foundation applications. He continued in this capacity for 10 years through the PeopleSoft and Oracle acquisitions and as a Senior Development Manager over the Technical Foundations products, he controlled the development for various aspects of the software. A sampling of these include: program enhancements and maintenance, mastering and product packaging for base releases, cumulative updates, and software patches, software installation, upgrades, and migrations to OneWorld/EnterpriseOne, Coexistence, XPI and 3rd-party point-to-point integrations, WorldVision, Web-Enablement, Self-Service, iSeries OS upgrades including CISC/RISC conversions, licensing and software protection codes, SAR applications, CASE, Screen and Report Design tools, Security, and Quality Assurance. Mr. Kreutz has extensive knowledge of these applications and processes with a strong emphasis in software engineering concepts, design principles, and implementation methodologies.
Mark is responsible for managing JDE global support at Spinnaker Support with focal teams in Denver, Singapore, and in London. Since late 2005 he has been extremely successful in driving new initiatives to focus on quality of service and client satisfaction for the teams supporting the JDE World, OneWorld, and EnterpriseOne applications. He’s built strong customer and partner relationships within the JDE community and continues to grow a loyal 3rd-party customer base.
Mr. Kreutz is located in Denver and enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Computer Information Systems and Management Science from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado.
